Rededicated myself. Gave up brown liquor. Gym time back normal. Pretty much drink nothing regular water and seltzer water.
Down 12 pounds. Gotta keep going.
Now that I’m getting older I’m finding my joints ache after doing heavy lifting. About to lower the weight a bit and focus on slower movements and good form.Was reading up on heavy weight / low rep training. Started it in the gym today and I'm sore as fuck. It's supposed to boost your metabolism and, somehow, save wear and tear on the joints.
Girl I tried intermittent fasting once and lasted a whole 2 days. It was not for me...I am so hungry lol I started fasting again and I can’t wait to eat. I just have to get used to it again then I’ll be straight. I just keep reminding myself of my goal. I fast for 18 hours now![]()
