Work Out, Get Fit Thread

Now that I’m finally free in the summer, I’ve been back to the gym almost every day.

I have a question:

Which is more important: Total sets or Total reps.

Example: I want to do ab crunches, 100 total. Would it matter if I did 4 x 25 or if I did them 1 x 40 then 2 x 30?

My job made us come back to the office full time as of July 1. This has destroyed my gym routine

I ended up buying some dip bars from Prime Day. I'ma go back to my kettlebells to help fix some imbalances and niggles. Might just have to hit the gym on Saturdays and Sundays on some heavy compound shit but getting there during the week is just not possible at this point in my life

Sundays are usually dead

Saturdays are usually busy in the morning and afternoon

But nah I didn’t wanna turn this into a weed discussion, we have other threads for that

But I use my dry herb vape before every workout and I can damn near feel individual muscle fibers activating when I lift
I didn't even see the date lol
 
My summer routine has gone well:

Day 1: Leg + Ab Work

Day 2: Arms + Ab Work

Day 3: Back

Day 4: Squats + Cardio

Day 5: Shoulders + Chest

Day 6: Floor Work + Jumps
 
This gotta be the best machine I’ve ever used for quads
