Work Out, Get Fit Thread

Rededicated myself. Gave up brown liquor. Gym time back normal. Pretty much drink nothing regular water and seltzer water.

Down 12 pounds. Gotta keep going.

Trying my best to let go of the Devil's drink right now. I sleep better without it 'cause I'm one of those people that drinks and has to pee all the goddamned time, so I end up waking up 3-4 times a night if I've been drinking.

For the most part I drink black or green tea that I brew and sparkling water, usually Bubly or Tropo-Chico. Letting go of pop and energy drinks was probably the best thing I could do for myself. Just gotta shake this alcohol and I should be good.
 
Was reading up on heavy weight / low rep training. Started it in the gym today and I'm sore as fuck. It's supposed to boost your metabolism and, somehow, save wear and tear on the joints.

Now that I’m getting older I’m finding my joints ache after doing heavy lifting. About to lower the weight a bit and focus on slower movements and good form.
 
Laid around and bought this dip station at the start of the summer but just finally put it together yesterday

I haven't done anything remotely physical in months and did some dips to test out the sturdiness

I'm about to cancel my gym membership and do shit at the house

Jump rope, kettlebells, dip station, wobble board, stretching
 
I’m getting a little too thick. I’m slim thick heading into regular thick territory lol I’m doing something about it now. I don’t want to be thick or big. Luckily I know how to get it off easily. All summer I was small AF now I wear a size medium shirt smh

I am so hungry lol I started fasting again and I can’t wait to eat. I just have to get used to it again then I’ll be straight. I just keep reminding myself of my goal. I fast for 18 hours now 😎

Girl I tried intermittent fasting once and lasted a whole 2 days. It was not for me...
