UPDATE!!

Recently had my follow up. I didn’t make my goal of 140, BUT my PCP was very excited about my results. Next weigh in I’m determined to meet my goal of 135lb so wish me luck!

Truth moment, the weight loss isn’t just for health reasons…we’re family planning this year. Being parents is something we always wanted so we both had to make some serious changes. We start our fertility journey in July so send us some baby dust ❤️

My mom and sister/friend are the only ppl who knows about our fertility struggles, I’ll love to share our journey with my ABW fam. I mean we’ve shared so many other things, why stop now 😅

I finally got back in the gym! I usually cut up easy, but I’m in my early 40’s with a gut now so it may take a little while to get back…

Started watching what I eat, doing cardio, and doing more reps with light weights for now….

I weigh around 225lbs. My goal is to get down to 210-215 by August… (easy work)…
 
Starting back up after coming off a weeks vacation w/ quite a bit of alcohol consumption. I hate this feeling felt like my gains were lost lol. Reminded me why I generally won’t go more then 2 days without working out. Ill do lighter weight this week to get back in the swing then go back to my usually weight next week.
 
Now that I’m finally free in the summer, I’ve been back to the gym almost every day.

I have a question:

Which is more important: Total sets or Total reps.

Example: I want to do ab crunches, 100 total. Would it matter if I did 4 x 25 or if I did them 1 x 40 then 2 x 30?
