Eat bananas for potassium and drink plenty water.

If you don’t like bananas then get potassium naturally thru another source.

Otherwise see a nutritionist.

I eat a banana every morning and take two potassium tabs before bed every night. I can still get cramps in my legs once in a blue.

Pinktoe hoe at the gym today ain't wipe down not na'an machine she used. I was gonna say something but decided that she was short and white and I'm big, tall, and Black and that confrontation had entirely too many ways to go sideways.

Does anyone else get really sleepy after working out?

M-F I work out in the morning before I start working. Usually by about 10-11am I get impossibly sleepy. I've literally nodded off for 20-30 min while sitting here at my desk. The weekends I'm in the gym a bit later and if I come straight home I'm knocked out by 2-3pm.
