It was a two part post brother.I eat a banana every morning and take two potassium tabs before bed every night. I can still get cramps in my legs once in a blue.

As long as you are getting 8 straight hours of uninterrupted sleep it really don’t matter.

That is the best course of action. Get some labs see what’s off and make the adjustments to your lifestyle as needed.I did use melatonin and it did help but I don’t want to have to rely on it every night
