Not really. I'd rather the threat of them creating one scaring the promoters in place to start doing more cross promotions and fighters stop using the "wrong side of the street" excuse. So you support that pos Dana & Turki creating a monopoly in boxing…

Solid advice! Proper wrist wrapping is a game-changer, and breaking it down into focused rounds helps build technique and endurance. Gotta love a good uppercut round too—hits different when you get it right!Wrap your wrists good. pull up a YouTube video if you have to.
Get a stop watch or use a boxing clock app.
3 min rounds 1 min rest.....
Start with like 8 rounds.
Do a round of jabs and 1-2's
Next round straight body shots
Then mix it up with combos.
If you can get a round of uuppercut in cool, but don't stress it. the form can be awkward hitting the bag without a trainer present
That sucks, man. Injuries like that can be super limiting, but you’re smart for knowing your limits and having a plan. No shame in avoiding a fight—staying safe is always the best move. Hope your shoulder holds up for everyday life at least!I wish i could box, I got a torn up shoulder that ive had surgery on a couple times and i cant even throw a hook on that side without it dislocating. Shit is the WOAT. Thats why if i get into an altercation i just run or call the cops.
