Added to Calendar: 05-18-24

Wrap your wrists good. pull up a YouTube video if you have to.

Get a stop watch or use a boxing clock app.

3 min rounds 1 min rest.....

Start with like 8 rounds.

Do a round of jabs and 1-2's
Next round straight body shots
Then mix it up with combos.
If you can get a round of uuppercut in cool, but don't stress it. the form can be awkward hitting the bag without a trainer present
Solid advice! Proper wrist wrapping is a game-changer, and breaking it down into focused rounds helps build technique and endurance. Gotta love a good uppercut round too—hits different when you get it right!

I wish i could box, I got a torn up shoulder that ive had surgery on a couple times and i cant even throw a hook on that side without it dislocating. Shit is the WOAT. Thats why if i get into an altercation i just run or call the cops.
That sucks, man. Injuries like that can be super limiting, but you’re smart for knowing your limits and having a plan. No shame in avoiding a fight—staying safe is always the best move. Hope your shoulder holds up for everyday life at least! 💪
