I keep seeing this said but no actual evidence used other than "the accusation happened in 2004". What exactly was unfair about the trial? Serious question. Was there prosecutorial misconduct that went unaddressed?
His predominantly all white jury, with a court case conveniently placed in a predominately white district (another trick being used with the Dallas cop and where she was taken in).
There was also a Juror, Harrison Snyder, they allowed in the first trial that admittedly believed Cosby was guilty before the trial began. Cosby's lawyer also challenged jury selection of the trial due to possible evidence of a qualified black juror being dismissed for no reason during selection. Dead give away in my book that he was gonna get railroaded. There's also the question of why the judge was denying/allowing witness testimony for both trials.
His main accuser changed her story 6 times and there is testimony from someone close to her that she admitted to outting Cosby for money. Speaking of which, they accepted settlements years ago. How this doesn't fall under Double Jeapordy I'd like to hear. Then there's the statue of limitations, these women haven't seen Cosby in 20 years.
Then there's the language they're using, Cosby only admitted to GIVING these women drugs. He didn't drug them against their will. What he did was no different than a guy buying a girl a drink at the club or offering "party favors". It's no secret that women would want to get lit before riding a dick, just saying. Yet all they're putting out in the court of public opinion is this narrative that he's drugging these broads without consent. Like white women simply can't want that black pole when not in their right mind.
Then there are the circumstances they describe being invited up, like how you didn't know it was bout fucking? Why is it that after the alleged incident they continued to maintain a relationship to some degree? Stuff like that don't make sense. And people are ignoring the fact that women do lie about rape, especially if a dude is fucking with some paper. It happens, that's a fact.
And of course most evident is how they're skipping over all the white men of Hollywood with similiar /worst accusations, yet only convicting Cosby. That is the biggest gripe I have with this. And as I always say, if you're black and WS are agreeing with you, SOMETHING IS WRONG.
The rest is stuff that doesn't add up to me and I'm sure there's more someone could add.
