I think he may get off on appeal.

But, this case is the single best example of what I've been tellin y'all for years: Rape is the only crime that you can be convicted of purely on word of mouth and zero hard evidence.

I keep seeing this said but no actual evidence used other than "the accusation happened in 2004". What exactly was unfair about the trial? Serious question. Was there prosecutorial misconduct that went unaddressed?
 
Cosby is not being made the poster boy for rape nor is he being called the worst in history. Y'all are doing the exact over exaggerating you're complaining about.

Irony of you saying some people don't think they need to be checked when that's exactly what many people issue with Cosby has been for literally decades when it came to calling out his own hypocrisy. And you are assuming anything Cosby said hurt my feelings. It didn't because i never looked up to or held him in higj regard for being anything other than a comedian. Just because what i think he said was stupid and hypocritical, which you can't deny it was, that don't mean my feelings were hurt. Its called being objective

The wildest shit about what Cosby said is he wasn't the first prominent black person to say what he said nor was he the first to receive pushback for it either. Remember all the discussions around rap in the 90s? Literally steam rolling cds and trying to ban it from even being played anywhere. I think the difference with Cosby was his private life was exposed and it not only being different from what you may have thought but literally fell in line with the actions he was criticizing in some instances
