Chopped Cheese isn't bad. I've had my share while living in the boroughs. In Delaware, it's called a "Cheeseburger Sub."

We used to have a spot called Doyle's as well as a small chain up in Saginaw called Wimpy's back in the late 70's-early 80's that made a "scrambled hamburger" similar to this, except served on a regular hamburger bun and no sazon/adobo.
