So break it down for me.... what makes a Chopped Cheese a chopped cheese?

From what i can tell its just a scrambled cheeseburger

I dont have any deli rolls but i got sum ciabatta rolls. Is it still a chopped cheese if its on ciabatta bread?

Most use Sazon, not adobo and if they cook the ground beef or burger patty on the griddle they move the chopped up meat around so, it isn't just sitting in the fat. they use American cheese a lot because it's the best when it comes to melting not all really the taste.
