Trying to get back into exercising again
I’m not as consistent

Sometimes when I do pushups the back of my arms cramp up. Yesterday the left side of my chest cramped up, that was a first. I just stretch and lift my arms up for a while. All I did was 100 push ups, 50 in the morning and 50 in the afternoon.
 
unless you somebody like @Black_Samson who does fitness as a livelihood and competitor, a lot of the shit you consume on social media is bullshit and not for niggas sitting at desks all day.

I've had to retrain my mind to go back to the basics. Movements that will benefit me and my lifestyle until i check out this motherfucker.

Dont eat like a college freshman. Try to eat whole cooked meals as much as possible and do functional shit. Stop trying to get a washboard for a stomach cause it aint happening.

Pull and push movements primarily. I'm bout to lock in on this kettlebell, weighted mace, sandbag and dumbells. Dassit

Can get them for under $200 and if you look deep enough, there are some under $100 after discounted price

My parents in their 70s bought one and use it regularly

Walking at the highest speed will accomplish the same thing

Unless you are preparing for a marathon, this will more than suit your needs

But of course, do whatever you want to do
