Funny enough your attempt at logic is mentioned by women as part of the reason why they often don't speak up. Because they'll be met with attempts at justifying repeated abuse with shit like that. And with that built I bias, its nearly impossible you'd ever actually believe a woman who was abused more than once by the same person even though thats far more the norm than a one off

Unlike you I can hold two different thoughts at the same time. I can see this as a potential money grab and also think it's illogical for people to ask the same question knowing they will never accept any answer other than the one they want to hear. That may be above your mental capabilities but it's not above mine.

Unless I missed something you explicitly stated the only answer you'd accept. I happen to think that's not very logical and contributes to a problem we'd all agree needs to be done away with which is the length of time between an initial assault and reporting of said assault

Thing is in a lot of people’s mind rape is snatching up a girls beating her and forcing yourself on her against her will.

People think an overly drunk woman can consent or she so high she out of it and she came over late night she shoulda known better. And that’s non rich people.

Add in what we see Diddy do and how he was able to move for decades due to the money and power.

In court of public opinion are people gonna believe the celebrity we think we know or the perceived Ho who should’ve known better.

And it has been stated a civil suit is an easier trial than a criminal one.

Like if they went to criminal court and he beat the case and then she sued would she have more of a leg to stand on for those that think she lying?

This is a woman who was with him for years. It just doesn't wash. And of course she went the civil route, that's where the money is...because this case is about money.

Remember how some of us got demonized for daring to pose some questions about the so-called “Brick-Lady”?
 
This is where I'm at with the celebrities of the world and this consent thing: Get the acts notarized. My bum-ass little city has traveling notaries, so I know these multimillionaires have access. Get witnesses, attorneys, and video evidence before, during, and after with all parties saying the events were all consensual. Make sure the women have their own legal counsel present and if not, they get no dick or access to the boat parties.

If you aren't raping women, this shouldn't be an issue. And if you don't lie on or plan to lie on niggas, this again should not be an issue.

And given his taste in women, I'm honestly surprised this hasn't happened sooner.
