All that "I don't date my own race" shit is stupid. It's dumb no matter who it comes from no matter the reason. The nuance of what Ish was speaking in terms of social mobility makes sense for both Black men and women who may find themselves dating outside their race . Him and Marc were arguing 2 different points that both ha validity. Where Marc fell short is explaining why he gives Black women that grace he was speaking of and based on things I've seen him say before in speaking and on social media that's why I was able to see the foundation of where he was speaking from. Just cuz you don't see it don't mean it ain't happening cuz them "light, bright and white" only niggas are loud and proud about it.
 
Man I miss the days before everyone had a youtube channel and/or podcast and kept their opinion to themselves and didn’t tried to spread their personal opinion to the masses. Date/marry who you want. The first thing they (society) is gonna do when something goes bad is blame you dating/marrying outside of your race. For example, had Lisa/or John did w/e bullshit or thought however to bring issues among the relationship. There would have been issues rather if they were blk/purple, red or whatever.
