I cant just come up with amazing shit outta my imagination.

I can usually draw from memory, which was the case with that sketch.

It's from this segment of the anime Robot Carnival. It aired on SciFy way back in '92 and I recorded it.



The sequence starting at 7:12. I've drawn probably every still from 7:12 to 7:27. The best versions (along with other scenes I drew from that same short) were in my old sketch pad that went missing around '08 or '09. Every now and then I'll still doodle one of them when I'm bored. Same for Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes.

The very last image in that video I drew back in '92, framed it, and gave it to moms for Christmas. It's hanging up on the wall in her house right now.

Man I did all those in one take. That Bart from memory, I been drawing that since elementary school
