the car was being over aggressive trying to get passed all the vehicles but once the got from behind the truck the truck escalated the situation by trying to block the car.

All of that could have happened and there’s still no accident if the truck doesn’t accelerate

Fault is based on proximate cause, not what happened leading up to that point
