Whatcha reading these days?!

Hi Ladies,

So curious question... I've suddenly have a little more time on my hand to get back on chats more and other things. But one of the things I want get back to doing is reading books again.
Now I do love me some urban steam books, but what other books interest some of you.
Right now I started reading We don't talk about Carol. And let me tell you this one has me really going.

So for my next read spam me with some good ideas. They can be urban, fantasy,sci-fi, thrillers, romance anything.
 
I am a Urban smut junkie!! Currently finishing book 3 of the Danger family series by Endiya Carter. After I finish that I am switching gears and going to read The Other Wes Moore written by Maryland's Governor...

Hey sis have you checked out storygraph? It's another site like goodreads but they dont track you since goodreads is owned by Amazon. Im on there and you can easily import your lists from goodreads to storygraph

I've been on this self help journey so the last book I read was How To ADHD which talks about how to work with your neurodivergent brain instead of against it.

I've gotten some really good insight to behaviors I thought were unique to my life experiences that are actually pretty common and I'm practicing a few things that have been beneficial.

The last book I read for entertainment was Holly by Stephen King which was a crazy thrill ride about this killer elderly couple, lol

I'm not into audio books though, I think it's cause I'm to easily distracted when I have my hands free so paperbacks help me get fully immersed.
 
I saw Storygraph a few weeks ago and my Goodreads still haven't connected. But it said it did receive the download. I'm going to keep trying because I'm excited for this.

I'm staring the Maggie Gray series.

I’m reading Thicker Than Water by Takerra Allen. I borrowed the digital copy from my library on Hoopla. I want to read We Don’t Talk About Carol too. It looks like it is good.

Only thing I dont like is if you made custom bookshelves on GR they'll transfer over to SG but you can't make new ones on SG. It's a premium feature you gotta pay for.
