No, it's a bouquet of real roses they strip the color from and dye them whatever color you want with some kind of preservative that makes them last for a year+. They make silk ones too, but I opted for the real ones.

It does but she doesn’t care for the vase usually. Also the delivery fee being $16 when the florist is a 5 min drive away is crazy
