Red roasted potatoes, mushroom, zucchini, white onions and squash cooking in a "little" pecan oil.
Took 15 mins to cook and was full, had some raisins for a snack

I stopped eating cauliflower.I tried riced cauliflower for dinner, it was pretty good. Definitely something i'll have to cook to my liking a little more and never had cauliflower up until now.

It is so hard to avoid sugar. I am not sure how they do it.Today marks six weeks without sugar. I’m running 5 miles a day...no meat, dairy, flour and No caffeine! The change has been fantastic and I feel great! I have had Zero alcohol! Now I am all about healthy living a healthy vegan diet, gluten free, caffeine-free, sugar-free, and a 2-hour workout everyday. I have lost 15 pounds of fat and gained lean muscle mass. Now I don't know whose status this is, but I was so proud of them I decided to copy and paste it!
