I had to look it up because it didn't make sense to me either. They don't recognize his presidency so he doesn't get immunity. He's being charged because his people allegedly used machine guns while allegedly sending cocaine to the US. Since the guns were in use during the cocaine crime.. the us can add that gun charge as well
