If a person hangs around long enough, then yes many times they will advance due to longevity. Doesn't mean they're the right person for the position.

And yes, I think women are less capable at military strategy.

Lol women have been soldiers in other countries for awhile. Yes it’s usually a dire situation shit Israel has women fighters helping with the genocide.

I’m go deeper although I don’t need to. Women in countries with little order and unstable governments are left vulnerable. They should be able to fight if the men can’t save them.

I could see if you were ex military or had some data to support this. But periods don’t mean a woman can’t lead.
