Why do you keep changing the narrative?

Who is being non pro black?

The colorstruck niggas and the niggas in this thread pretending colorism doesn't exist and I'm out of my mind for even addressing it.

Same shit happens in other threads regarding race.

Who said colorism don't exist? I literally haven't read that once in here.

It doesn't exist for me in the context of which you are trying to present as a valid argument to support your narrative.

You're right, what was i thinking

Debating with Goldie damn near ALWAYS sends my glucose in the sub 60s which gives me the shakes. Like every single time.

Lol I fuck with you rem, i really do, but gtfoh with this bs lol

You are on the privileged side of this issue, so to dismiss it is pretty disrespectful to the people who've been dealing with colorism most of their life. Colorism isn't only about dating preference but also comes into play in our day to day activities.

To just brush it off as nothing is similar to the racists who say "why does it have to be cuz he was black? Why can't it be that the cop shot him because he did xyz?" That's a dangerous stance to take.

Ofc I would want it to be where this will never be an issue, but unfortunately that's not the reality. I feel we should be able to bring these things to light and discuss it, but if yall want to pretend like the shit doesn't exist, fuck it, let's all hold hands and pretend.

And this thread wasn't made to pin the women vs the women, it was also for the women to name their top 5, unfortunately only 2 of yall did , so now it seems this thread was solely to compare the women.

Firstly don't tell me I'm privileged with anything. You can say what you want to say on here but until you live in Southwest Ga, or Mississippi you can miss me with that privileged shit. Privileged tho? To compare any shade of black to anything a white mf does is hilarious... Man..nigga you talking like light skin people ain't even black. When and where have I dismissed anything about colorism?

Saying don't jump to assumptions that somebody likes somebody solely on their shade is dismissing it? And we SHOULD be able to bring it up and discuss but that's not the way this thread was going. It was finger pointing...trolling..chastising...and assumptions. Also, I'd never knowingly mess with a nigga If he with me only because of my skin complexion ..like its a damn fetish or something.

I just find it funny that people don't think lightskin ppl experience colorism. You just flat out dismissed what I had to say bc I'm light skin and assumed I don't deal with colorism on a daily basis...lol I also find it funny how folks can get away with putting down lighter shades of blackness and it be ok..it's considered comical "nigga stop acting light skin" "you know he/she soft, he/she lightskin" etc . Shit goes both ways man, If you want to have a real discussion on colorism make that thread. Actually, listen to what people have to say about their experiences on being light or dark. Yall got it tho..

Yeah... I’ve peeped that.

We can’t control that we are light skinned no more than dark skinned people can control being dark. People somehow think being light skinned automatically makes us think we are better than someone of a darker complexion. Shit is disturbing.
