Nah skate was cool but it was only single player.

People liked Tony hawk for same reason they like sport games, compete with friends.

There's a game that's coming to PC, not sure about consoles called Skate XL. Looks pretty promising

I dunno if there's enough diversity available in skate games for there to be multiple. Sure, good games are good games but what could a rival series offer? different song? different places to skate?
