The funny thing is that Thanos is what people claimed Killmonger to be.

Thanos really could be argued to be a misguided hero. Killmonger at best is an anti-hero, but in reality he's a plain old villain. While his motivation is noble to some extent, his end game was to destablize the world so that he could become it's ruler. That's basically villainy 101.

Ryan Reynolds Confirms TJ Miller Will Not Return For X-Force

Actor TJ Miller, whose reputation had already been rocked by sexual assault claims before he was arrested for calling in a bomb threat, will not appear in Fox's upcoming X-Force superhero team-up film, according to star Ryan Reynolds, who plays Deadpool.

There is no way to know whether Miller, who plays Weasel in the Deadpoolfilms, would have made his way into X-Force at all given the scope of a superhero team-up film and the fact that supporting characters from solo movies are routinely left out of such projects.

During an interview with the New York Times, Reynolds declined to comment on the various allegations being leveled against his co-star...but did confirm that Miller was not involved in X-Force, Reynolds's next planned Deadpool appearance following this month's Deadpool 2.

If Weasel is not part of the X-Force films, it is possible Miller's time as the could be done; Reynolds has said that he is uncertain whether a Deadpool 3 is in the cards.

After Miller's sexual assault charges went public, fans wondered whether he would remain a major character in Deadpool 2, with some suggesting that he could be replaced, and the replacement commented upon, both because of Deadpool's genre-savvy nature and as a send-up of the way Christopher Plummer was called into to replace Kevin Spacey following Spacey's similar allegations.

Deadpool 2 was originally said to feature a larger role for Weasel than the first film, although that could have been changed in editing. When asked back in January whether Miller might be replaced in the film, executive producer Lauren Shuler Donner cast significant doubt on the prospect.

"We're in the final editing. I don't think so," she said at the time.

Other than Deadpool, producers are apparently still deciding what superheroes will appear in the X-Force movie. This comes at a time where things seem a little uncertain across the board with Fox's Marvel properties: New Mutants and X-Men: Dark Phoenix are reportedly undergoing significant reshoots, and likely mark the final Marvel films produced before Fox is folded into Disney.

Deadpool 2, which also includes Terry Crews. Beloved characters from the original like Colossus (Stefan Kapicic), Vanessa (Morena Baccarin) Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand), Dopinder (Karan Soni), Blind Al (Leslie Uggams), and T.J. Miller (Weasel) will also be making a return alongside Deadpool, played by Ryan Reynolds.

Deadpool 2 cruises into theaters on May 18, while X-Men: Dark Phoenixlands in theaters on November 1. The New Mutants is slated to hit theaters on February 22, 2019.

I watched it last night.. I see they made passing mention of Thanos lol. I wonder if anybody gonna disappear in next weeks episode

It was kinda more than passing. They basically made Thanos the reason for everything they've been going through. Gravitonium is at the heart of everything that's been happening the past two seasons. The reason it's been important is because the alien collective wanted it in exchange for the protection of earth. In the episode we found out that Thanos was who they were protecting the earth from.

Disney Chief Teases New Marvel Franchises Beyond 'Avengers'

During an earnings call with shareholders today, Walt Disney Corporation ECO Bob Iger teased the idea of creating a new franchise beyond The Avengers, and rolling out a new series of films around something that has not yet been used in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The response came to a question from an investor who wondered about how Disney plans to continue the unprecedented winning streak of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which by Iger's own reckoning is the highest-grossing franchise of all time with an average box office draw of almost $850 million worldwide per film.

“I’m guessing that we will try our hand at a new franchise beyond Avengers,” Iger said, adding that there are over 7,000 characters.

While Eiger said the popularity of the Avengers characters means audiences should not discount th possibility of follow-up films for familiar characters, but “There are a lot more stories to tell and a lot more characters to fill those stories with.”

With many of the actors' contracts expiring at the end of Avengers 4, it has long been assumed that most of the Avengers characters might move on following the events of that film. Certain characters who are expected to have sequels appear to have died at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, leaving the studio in the position of not being able to comment specifically on certain elements of their future slate without spoiling the next film.

Shortly after the fourth Avengers movie, Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3 will mark the end of the line for this particular group of Guardians as well. Guardians of the Galaxy filmmaker James Gunn has reportedly been tapped to help Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige chart the future of the MCU.

Expect the anticipation, and the speculation, for whatever is next to be hot and heavy now that Iger has hinted at a big change to the status quo.

Nah I disagree too because for one, he mentioned Ghana like that was the only country black people were enslaved from. And while countries like Haiti and Jamaica kicked the Europeans out, blacks in America stayed enslaved until the government "freed" them.

I know you weren't really trying to harp on this, but I hate when people bring up the fact that Haiti and Jamaica kicked the white people and act like blacks in the U.S. just took it. It didn't go down like that. You're talking about what happened in two little islands vs what happened in a much bigger space. Slaves in the U.S. tried to rebel too, but they were up against worst odds.
