Also! I saw something that was interesting. Telling patients that they have the virus and to stay home and to self quarantine without actually testing them could be driving the numbers up.

I don't believe any of these numbers at all. When I see numbers in areas, it's safe to assume that it's 3-5 times more than what you see.
