For tonight's game. Oak has to win by atleast 3 to cover the spread, wash can't lose by more than 2 points or they wont cover.

For ex, if wash loses by 2 points tonight, they would have still covered the spread, if oak wins by 2, they wouldn't have covered, so whoever bet on em would lose their money eventhough they won the game.
