Yes they do that shit. Sometimes they carry the pregame, halftime, and postgame shoe on that feed, whether its BT Sports, Sky Sports, CBS, FOX.

It was do with the Saudis streaming the PL rather than paying BEIN Sport or something like that....whole country was bootlegging the PL..lol
