Ole's has done a great job rebuilding Man U into a great team filled with potential on the pitch and optimism in the stands.
However it is stating the obvious to say that he's an inferior manager to Pep, Klopp and Tuchel.
Therefore all things being equal he will inevitably fall behind those guys teams when fully fit squads are available and there is stability off pitch.
This season should really be Ole's last season at the club UNLESS he wins either the Premier league or uefa champions league.
Other trophies are good enough for OGS CV but not enough to hold his position at Manchester United.
I think it's a good chance that Ole will unlikely win the two aforementioned trophies so United should have started putting a robust shortlist to replace Ole come May 2022.

I'm definitely in the minority then... 'cause United don't have a great team.
Firstly, they'll have to show it by winning atleast a trophy, especially when on their longest trophy drought in 50yrs.
Secondly, a back 4 of AWB, Maguire and Shaw, players who have never won shit (Shaw has but was absent due to injury) and have major deficiencies, to me, can't be part of a major trophy-winning XI.
Thirdly, the team is built around Bruno, who plays low effiency, high risk-high reward football, has never played up his 'world class' rep in any big game (against a big team) in his career, and has never won a major trophy.
The spine of the team is suspect, at the best, and shambolic at worst (given the transfer feee and reputation of the players).
The forwards all have contrasting styles and talents making compatibility unlikely but maybe an elite coach can see to that... oh and also McFred.
By his 3rd transfer window, the next manager will clear out half the squad, including some of the usual starters... wait and see.
