@Infamous114 Is it time to have the Frenkie de Jong conversation? Seems like u guys have stripped away the things that make him special. Plays too safe now. Kinda like Mikel (not a bad thing, but not special) It’s been the same under both managers.

@Hundredeyes am I tripping or are u seeing the same thing?

I don't think so. He's the least of our concerns. Would I like it if he went forward more often and showed how dynamic he is, yea but there's bigger problems on the team

I guess u are right. First season, still adapting to a new league, big step up in level. We shall see, just concerned after what u guys did to my boy Dembele.
Dembele has showed what he's capable of when he's on the pitch for us lol. His body has betrayed him since he's been here

You're not tripping, It's a running joke in the Dutch media that Barca copped Frenkie but play him out of position and don't utilise his strength ('we can trade him for random player A if they need someone to just pass the ball wide or back!') ... Same with De Ligt at Juve. Both of em ball like their Ajax days for Koeman at the national squad but it isn't a coincidence that it's different at Juve n Barca cause their coaches there are still puzzling.

Strange thing is that Ajax n national squad Frenkie is perfect for Barca, when the opposition parks the bus/got the game on lock, he's the one that breaks through the lines with his street football and inspires team members to step up. The shit that Ajax missed vs. Valencia, Getafe, AZ etc.

Phil Foden - didn't know he was a teenage dad!
Looks the type though....

I'm sure they're gonna do something post Euro 2020 and before 2020/21 season, but LMAO @ this chavvy schitt!!!

a lot of European footballers can learn from South American/ African players. A lot of them carry a lot of weight on their shoulders, the Europeans come from privilege and piss it all up on gambling addictions.

But they are the first ones to say that the African and South American players are throwing their career away because they are going for the money and not the trophy.
