LL Cool J "The Force" album and run can be argued as the best comeback rap album ever. What separated him from others like Nas and Jay Z was the time off he took and arguably getting better and more tuned for modern sound (speed and flow) is something i never seen a older rapper do before and was greatly overlooked. Usually when older rappers attempt a comeback they flow, wind, and energy is off and they sound dated, flabby and sick.

LL literally came back shredded, which in return gave him more stamina to perform on the mic and keep up with other stamina rappers like Em, as well as new comers and gave him the ability to perform live without moving slow.

To this day I cant recall another rapper who took off 10 + years and came back this energetic and didnt sound flabby.

Some rappers dying young unfortunately saves them from being canceled/losing their impact.

The classic argument with The Dark Knight can be made for alot of sad and unfortunate tragedies.

Some rappers lives are tragically taken at the right time to immortalized their impact.

Please note that I wish every rapper a long and prosperous life and whatever comes with it.

Lupe Fiasco is the best "rapper" to ever exist. He is a prisoner of is skill and is trapped in his complex art which makes his narcissistic energy and over the top themes alienate most hip hop fans. But he cant help himself, and if you respect his art you will know he is the best ever.

Chief Keef - Almighty So 2 was a overlooked modern trap classic and should be praised higher for an trap/drill artist producing and mixing his own shit by himself. We cant find many rappers turned producers in the trap side of things that done this.

@MrBeef

I'll give that one a try. They kinda lost me when they started singing R&B songs about doing push-ups.
