What's being missed is that since the bot claims are now getting removed from the lawsuit this is now just purely a defamation lawsuit over a lost rap battle.

A lawsuit over a rap battle that can be used as precedent to justify rap lyrics being used in civil and/or criminal proceedings going forward and to justify the ones that have already occurred. That issue has been one of the biggest legal fights over the last 5 to 10 years and this bitch nigga is shamelessly putting forth an attempt to drive the final nail into the coffin after raping the culture to uplift himself, his family and his friends.

Just that Drake has created a whole brand new chapter of his own in this rap beef that most if not all didn't see happening. And the way the story looks as of now, it doesn't really favour him being the victor in the end like Jay-Z but we'll see how shit goes for the next 2-3 summers or so
