I not only have read the series, I own it. One of my favourite shits to read ever.
I'd love an nc17 rating for this but that's prolly not gonna happen. The movies already fucked up "wanted" for me but this looks a little more true to the source material.

I'll check it out. Won't be as good as the books but I hope it'll be close.

An example of the demented shit those so-called heroes do in this series:
Some bright-eyed bushy-tailed girl from the Midwest or something, all high on moral value and good ole fashion americaness, came to the city to join the six or the 7 whatever they're calling them. They're the avengers/jla of the unuverse. Basically to join they convince this chick to suck every Heroes dick that was in the room then recorded that shit or something and laughed about it.
 
After 2 episodes shit is dope as fuck. A bit tamer on than the comic but still grimy though. Epic way to end the second episode as well.
