Because those areas are more educated than in the former confederate states where their IQs cap at room temperature. Epidemiologists have come out and stated that lower vaccination rates are the cause of the outbreak and that alot of this is a continuation from Covid. It’s definitely not me being a mule for others , they came out and said it was group of people called Mennonites who kind of like Amish people that are spreading measles in that area
