I forgot to add. When I'm home enjoying a nice juicy succulent medium rare ribeye steak, I like to top it with caramelized onions and mushrooms. Or some bleu cheese and carmelized onions. One time I topped it with shrimp and parmesan cheese and that shit was bomb. Sometimes a nice herb butter will do.
