Say! How you cook a steak?

I’m tryna keep dis nigga around.
Buy some new York strip steak, and get a cast iron pot.

1.Bring the meat to room temperature and season it with regular salt, pepper, and parsley.

2.Melt a half cup of butter in the microwave

3.Heat the pot to a high temp and base the pot with olive oil.

4.Place two steaks in the pot for 3 minutes,and blast the side facing you with butter.

5.Flip the steaks onto the other side and repeat.

6.When complete, place on foil.

Steak is summa the easiest shit to cook tho.

Ur sides might even take longer to cook than the steaks depends how thick the steak is tho

Last time I made a steak it was like chewing gum.
 
Just put A1 sauce on it
