I don't think I've ever heard anybody in public quote that lyric or even played that song out loud. That song came out in 1992.

You heard it on the Internet, I just heard that song today.

The Internet wasn't as influential as it is today. But I'm sure niggas were furious bro dropped that song.

I first heard it back in like 2005 when my homeboy was telling me he thinks pimp c is gay z and played the song as proof, and I had no rebuttals cuz the shit was wild

Again this was in 1992 and that gay shit wasn't on front street, I'm sure it was pushback when that song was played, or niggas just skipped. In 1992, If I had the equipment to do this, I would bet on that song being the most skipped song on that tape back then.
