I thought it was a beautiful episode about what we consider to be our priorities once mortality comes into the equation. I hope nothing happens to Gaby's patient, Maya.

Aint seen murphy brown in a minute lol. Been a solid season so far.

Kinda had a feeling they were heading that route with Maya unfortunately.. smh.

You already know that shit gonna hit Gaby hard cuz she was going the extra mile trying to help shorty

Who takes care of the healthcare workers? I feel Ike this is happening on the Pitt (with Robby, Mohan) and now on Shrinking with Gaby.
Word, some might realize they need to seek help for themselves, some might try to self diagnose and figure it out themselves and some might just struggle like others do. I appreciate the nuance they have with these characters in this joint and the Pitt as well

I see why Jimmy holds resentment towards his father, his dad sucks. The Gaby-Paul stuff worked for me. The rest of the episode was ok

"Elvis is from there. They have barbecue."
"And other culturally appropriated things."

"I wanna eat fruit that smells like butt."
"May I suggest trying real butt 👀?"
"It's overrated."

Jimmy crashed out over his abandonment issues. He heard Paul and his father echo the same sentiment about him being sensitive.

If only Jimmy had heard Paul defend him when Jimmy's dad dismissed what he does for work

Yeah dude takinng his anger out on Paul was wack. Shoulda had that smoke for his actual dad. I was hoping he would realize that he was lashing out at the wrong person and meet with him before he left. He's gonna end up regretting that

Jimmy was projecting all episode. Projected his need of family onto Alice and she didn't give a shit that the grandpa wasn't coming to graduation.

Change is happening all around him. Sean won't be living at his crib anymore. Brian moving to the other side of the country for a few months. Paul moving too. His daughter is leaving for college.

Another solid season. Glad Jimmy and Paul ended up sorting things out. Tied up alot of plot points. Curious to see where they go with it next.

and yes.. Jessica Williams is still the best part of this show lol

What a beautiful season finale. A season about the fear of change hanging over nearly every character

"What a shame to be 42 years of age and not completely covered in scars. Theyre the evidence of a life fully lived."
