I read your original gripes about her and I really think had you given it a chance, there are things y'all could've talked about to come to a better understanding

I'm also not advocating for you to be with someone you ultimately don't mesh with but this woman, based on your accounts seemed to be down with whatever you wanted to do but was probably just just trying to secure a future with you.

There are some women who are looking for men to come in and say, "this isn't cool, your baby father/ex husband shouldn't be treating you like this" and try to help her navigate that situation but I also understand that's not a role you're willing to play. My personal opinion is I don't think you actually laid out your feelings in 100% transparency so it left things open to interpretation. I could be wrong and I'm willing to accept that but it reads like you more of alluded to things instead of explicitly stating how you felt.

The baby father shit she was going through, I do think she was looking for me to rescue her in a sway with dick and someone to talk to

She would bad mouth him so bad

Think I told you this a long time ago but I’m not a fan of dating single mothers because I don’t think I would have much say in how the child or children are raised. And her tubes are tied so she couldn’t have my child

And she lives in a trailer. It’s not like she’s broke but when her baby daddy kicked her out of the house once they broke up (it was actually his mothers house they were living in), all she could afford at the time was a trailer and she owns it. I guess I’m an asshole and/or have standards but I’m not living in a trailer. Sorry

You've never stated to us you wanted kids, not that you have to but it would've helped your position with the things you did decide to share.

As far as the not having a say in the rearing of the children, I don't think you giving her enough credit. Any good woman wants a good man in her children's lives as an example of stability and structure. No one saying you had to come in there trying to be Joe Jackson but I bet you she would've looked to you to help set the table with her kids provided you weren't a pos.
