The problem is that what I'm about to say... most people think it goes without saying and that's why it seems like you're just playing dumb.

Say you walk into a bar and it's a bunch of people drinking having an impromptu wake for a friend of theirs that just died. Do you walk up to them and say "who the fuck was this nigga?"

Or say you calling to make a dentist appointment and the receptionist goes... "nigga who the fuck are you?"

Basically there are multiple ways to ask questions either respectfully, disrespectfully or neutrally. If you truly don't know this you must get popped in the jaw a lot in real life.

could've come back the next day but chose to lash out over something I legit forgot about
