There's so much land in this country to take the opportunity to build up community and commerce. Bit by bit build in the Midwestern states with lands aplenty instead of staying on top of each other in the cities. Focus on bringing black owned restaurants, movie theaters, theaters, off the land living for food, studios, radio stations, auto lots, mechanic shops, etc
