The only problems i had with that interview was neither the father or son called her racist unless i missed it. Niggas are afraid to say the word racism let alone white supremacy. That's exactly what this is. Why pretend otherwise?

Also, when the boy was asked why he thinks this happened he said sumn like "i guess she saw me as a threat" INSTEAD of saying she's a raging bigot or whatever. He automatically put the onus on himself instead of her. The kid is already conditioned to be docile talking like that. Black people STAY doing this and it disgusts me. Stop telling bigots "im not a thug" "im not a slave", tell them what they are. Try that.

If NY issued a warrant for her arrest regardless of it's a misdemeanor or a felony. When any law enforcement in the usa runs her ID and they see she has a warrant. She is supposed to be arrested on site and eventually extradited to NY to face her charges.

So it ain't really about NY police going to Cali to get her. They just have to charge her with whatever and put the warrant out.

Not to tell on myself to much but this isnt the case all the time. I 100% know this.

Maybe if its a warrant for federal charges that's the case?

They not to ship her back to NY for something minor

The only way she doesn't get shipped back is if the shit gets worked out beforehand.

Federal charges have nothing to do with it.

They will ship a person back for anything as long as they have a warrant out. The only way a person doesn't get shipped back is if the shit is worked out with the courts. If not they're getting shipped back.
 
They go get people from other states all the time on the first 48 ??‍♂️

Not true at all. I know numerous folks personally that had charges in another state.

Theft, simple drug charges, and traffic tickets.
