-black man enters an Old Navy in Iowa with an Old Navy bubble jacket
-at the checkout line he was accused of stealing the bubble jacket and was made to take the jacket off so it could scanned and paid for
-was told that all patrons who wear Old Navy apparel in the store must have it scanned
-he told them he walked in the store with it on and to check the camera
-manager checked the camera and saw he was telling the truth and never came back out to apologize
-he is lawyer-ed up
-Old Navy issued a apology directly to the customer and stated that the employees had been terminated and the store is temporarily closed
 
I used to work at old navy...back then we called it Old Slavery cause they treat their employees like shit...This doesnt surprise me at all.
 
I saw this shit, I was mad right along with him because I love Old Navy. Their jeans fit my ass and hips so right.
