PWInsider.com can confirm that Liv Morgan officially finished filming her scenes for Bad Lieutnant: Tokyo earlier this week in Japan.

We are told by sources close to the production that Morgan absolutely "crushed" her first dramatic acting role and that she was a complete natural on the set, easily transitioning from the pro wrestling space to filming for a movie.

We are told that Morgan blew everyone, including experienced industry veterans, away with her work.

The film is being directed by acclaimed director Takashi Miike.

Morgan is expected back on WWE programming very soon.

Deadline.com reported a number of names in negotiations for roles in the new feature film Street Fighter, based on the classic Capcom video game franchise.

Among them is WWE's Roman Reigns. Reigns' potential character in the film was not reported.

Legendary Pictures, which is the studio behind the film, declined comment.

Internally, the USA Network has Friday Night Smackdown listed for three-hour episodes in early June. The original plan was to return to two hours in early summer.

After this weekend, the next Saturday Night's Main Event is 7/12.

There's been rumblings of a Rusev vs. Sheamus program having been pitched for the Raw brand.

Next week is the season six finale of Dark Side of the Ring. As of today, it has not been picked up for a season seven but there had already episode ideas tossed around in recent months including the late Trent Acid. There was also talk at some point of a Dennis Corralluzo episode but we are told that idea was later dropped. I would be shocked if the series isn't picked up as it's easily been Vice TV's most successful series to date and has spawned a ton of spinoffs, but we'll see.

There is a documentary on Great Lakes Championship Wrestling promoter Dave Herro slated to be released later this month. We've heard the film is very good. Among those interviewed for the film include D-Von Dudley, Swoggle, Gangrel and Danhausen, among others. Herro is promoting The Crusherfest event in Milwaukee at the end of the month and regularly draws strong crowds in Wisconsin.
