Former New Japan Pro Wrestling and Lucha Underground star Jeff Cobb is expected to start soon with WWE.

We are told some within the company expect he will be at Backlash this weekend.

Whether that means he appears or not on camera remains to be seen but he's expected and we are creative for his debut has been discussed in recent weeks.

But IF Cedric goes to AEW...that...that would be interesting. He'd be going to the same company his wife said did her dirty. That would be a conversation to be heard
 

Erick Rowan has been seen at the WWE Performance Center this week.

There's been a lot of great internal feedback to TNA Champion Joe Hendry within WWE. We are told that it's pretty much considered a lock by many that he'll end up signed with the company when he's contractually free. Hendry received nothing but praise for how he stepped into the Randy Orton situation at Wrestlemania and has been given a lot of praise for not only he's taken feedback and advice, but for his creativity. He's absolutely in high regard currently.

There's been some reporting in Mexico that lines up with what I stated on PWInsider Elite audio - that WWE now owned 51% of the new AAA parent company, so their purchase was not a straight buyout of assets, as it was for ECW and WCW back in 2001.
