Ricky Starks has been removed from the AEW roster page of their website.

That is usually a sign that someone has departed the company. We are working to confirm that is the case.

Starks signed with the promotion in 2020 but had not been used in some time, publicly stating that he did not know why.

Of late, he has been making appearances for House of Glory and Defy Wrestling.

Men's NXT division need more top people like the women got. Oba...Ethan...Trick...imo are the top 3. Evans and Wes are on that path. But having Starks come in would definitely boost it.
 
While I definitely think the nxt men’s roster needs a boost and more depth; it would benefit them ALOT if HBK cared about booking what they already have better

That division is just as poorly booked as it lacks depth
