Yep, first time felon so he's eligible for the First Step Act, he's a white, and he's a ex cop. He'll do about 4-8yrs no matter the sentence.

John Milhiser, the state’s attorney for Sangamon County, asked the court to sentence Grayson to the maximum sentence of 20 years Thursday, saying, “If the max were more, we would ask for more.”

Blame Illinois law for having the lowest max sentence for 2nd degree murder. If it was NY or Cali it woulda been life
