I spent about a good 3 months in philly doing construction work. They're behind construction wise. I was surprised they still have trolleys. Them shits are annoying to drive around. The streets are narrow and dirty. Seeing a dead cat on the sidewalk is normal. Thats how dirty it is.
The homelessness, oh my God. Seeing them walking around with carts full of scrap metal is a normal. But seeing some shoot up heroin at the bus stop was crazy to me.
The bums..... Mannnnnnn, these niggas is ready to kill and rob you yo. Stay away from Chester, PA
Philly is raw man but still i see the potential which is why i might set up a few things.
