NXT Thread (6/2)

Tony D came back & for the first month he was back he was just standing In the crowd staring at niggas. He would attack someone in the ring randomly with no explanation to silence from the crowd & get sent home.

It took almost 2 months before he finally spoke and his creative direction is feuding with Dark State. His big return feud is with a faction that’s not over. And it’s a lose lose feud for Tony because if he beats them, creative sacrificed 4 of their young guys for a guy who’s been in nxt since 2021. If he loses, what did you expect??

Meanwhile they showcased 7 guys in a ladder match that the world title scene will be built around. Why didn’t they give Tony one of those spots? One of the guys he’s beefing with was in the match so it woulda made sense at least if Tony had a spot. But he didn’t!!

The only person who is putting the words Tony D & NXT championship in the same sentence is IP & it’s just for LOLs

Yeah wasnt a fan of that with the tag team divison already weak. Made them look like bums, those 2 aint night weights either.

The tag division all over need a construction overhaul

It’s developmental for a reason man. Folks have been begging them to replenish their mens division with fresh exciting new prospects and all those guys have more motion than Tony D. Folks would have been perfectly fine with Keanu or Jackson Drake getting the rocket and seeing what they could do.

If Tony was this guy you think he is he would have had one of those spots. He was back on tv long enough to get a spot. Plus he said last nite he wanted to take everything from Dark State. Dion was in that match. And Tony D didn’t do shit. This isn’t the hill to die on

If Shawn felt comfortable to put the NXT title on anyone of them...he would've did it.

Theres a reason why Joe got the title. If he was not in the match...it would've been Ricky. Just like how Ciampa got the title when 2.0 was launched. More established talent/vets gettin belted b4 the developmental ones is nothing new.

What I do find funny is you nignogs acting like yall just started watching NXT a month ago. Developmental? Bruh Shawn and nem BEEN said they look at NXT as a 3rd brand. Which is why we have EVOLE...the actual developmental brand.

Its like yall haven't grasp the kinda things NXT management currently doin...does...and has continue

Bro I had my picks of surprise/shock wins that they could of went with

The ballsiest and most interesting one being Jackson Drake because they could of belted him up n not only made him double champ but also the youngest person in the company to do some shit like that.

They could of went with Legacy whos a hooper and made him a top babyface alongside hendry

Or Carver. Who pretty much is a no brainer. That nigga ready right now they just not ready to put it on him yet

Why? Apparently Shawn is not ready to pull that trigger on them just yet. Hence reason why Joe got the belt. That alone tells you where management stands wit the rest of them.

When 2.0 got launched...who they put the NXT belt on? It wasn't Bron. IBron was being talked about as the next big thing. But they went and belted Ciampa instead. The safe bet.

And stop thinking NXT is a developmental brand. That's why Evolve exist. NXT is a 3rd brand of WWE, and gets treated as such. Therefore...mofos gotta step up and truly stand out from the pack.

The mens division is still not on the level of the women. But the match last nite did show us some promising results. But as much I've become a big fan of Carver and see him rockin gold...its not his time yet. He's not Oba. Belting Joe was the right move. For WWE its the safe move.

Belt him up now b4 moving him to main. But in the meantime...work on developing feuds and storylines wit the other men while he's champ. Let's see who stands out as a favorite to be next.
 
Imma go by what the muthafucca who's running the shyt said. Er'go imma treat it as such.

Especially since the mofo who's belted ain't a developmental talent.

She just been putting ppl over since thats why I thought theyd go on and bring her over to NXT

She had several ppl voting her as rookie of the year/most improved talent of the year this year so I hope they seen that shit. I saw somebody say that she could be going on excursion to wrestle in other places cus they suppose to be sending some of the women off like they did tavion and Dempsey but the thing that got me shook is its been a few times with evolve where they have talent basically write themselves off tv b4 releases or if they leaving
