7 mile has some beautiful areas, I think DPD let some areas be “Hamsterdam” to keep it contained to one area.

Inept community leaders, city vision, police force all make shit like this. Peep the shuttered DPS school chilling in the middle of the neighborhood. As much as I love Detroit, I Despise how we operate.
